OPEC+ has tentatively agreed to increase oil output targets in June by 188,000 barrels per day, marking a third consecutive monthly increase. However, the actual impact of this increase is expected to be limited due to the ongoing U.S.-Iran conflict and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, which are severely disrupting oil supplies. Oil prices have surged, but saw a slight dip following a new peace proposal from Iran.
